This is a brand new vacation rental called The Lofts in downtown Heber Springs. It’s right next to the courthouse and over the art gallery. It is within walking distance to all of the downtown shops, the Gem Movie Theatre, and the coffeehouse!
It’s the perfect location for a fun and relaxing weekend in Heber!
In fact, we spent several nights at The Lofts this summer. I loved the entire stay but my favorite part was watching the small town of Heber Springs at night from my loft window.
I have never lived in the city before so it was fun to experience “city life” for a little while even if Heber Springs is only a small town.
I would stand by the kitchen window at night looking out at the shops on Main Street that all left a few glowing lights on inside. It was so peaceful.
About The Lofts
There are three gorgeous spaces up here and I’m going to start with showing you the space just across the common area from us.
Each space is large and beautifully decorated. The owners have taken great pride in the space and it shows!
#1: The Wetzel Stark Room
It is “named after a dearly loved resident of Heber Springs.” Mr. Stark was the original owner of this two story brick building.
In fact, it was the first brick building in Heber Springs! The bottom floor housed Wetzel Stark’s grocery store business.
It is a beautiful building with exposed interior brick, hardwood floors, exposed ceiling beams and gorgeous living spaces.
Is this not the most beautiful vacation rental you have ever seen?! Felicia and her husband Casey have done a beautiful job!

#2: Heber Jones Room
I had the privilege of staying in the Heber Jones Room.
It is the only room with a loft with an extra bed and a full kitchen. It was perfect for our family of five!

#3: Max Frauenthal Room
Honestly, all of these spaces are stunning. I just loved getting to tour all of the rooms!

Named after Max Frauenthal who was instrumental in establishing the county seat located in the small town of Heber Springs, AR, it is definitely not without character.
